TSX Listed Warrants Expiring On June 20, 2005

AMERIGO RESOURCES LTD. (Vancouver, British Columbia) would like to remind holders of the Company’s warrants listed on The Toronto Stock Exchange that the expiry date is June 20, 2005. Trading of the warrants will cease at 12:00 P.M. (Eastern Time) on that date.

The warrants were originally issued in June and July 2003 to finance the acquisition of Minera Valle Central, S.A. and are exercisable into common shares at a price of $0.70. The original expiry date of June 18, 2005 (Saturday) was extended to June 20, 2005 (Monday) at the time the warrants were listed.

Amerigo Resources Ltd. is a Canadian copper and molybdenum producing company forecasting 18,000 tonnes of copper production and 500,000 pounds of molybdenum in 2005 from its MVC operations near Santiago, Chile.
