Amerigo Resources Ltd. effective March 8, 2002

Golden Temple Mining Corp. announces that the share consolidation and name change to Amerigo Resources Ltd. have been approved by the Canadian Venture Exchange and that the Company will begin trading as Amerigo Resources Ltd. on Friday, March 8, 2002. The trading symbol is “ARG”.

Further to our news release of February 11, 2002, Golden Temple intends to sell its seven Mexican properties for C$100,000, instead of the 300,000 common shares of International Croesus Ventures Corp. as previously stated. This transaction is subject to Canadian Venture exchange approval.

Further to our news release of December 7, 2002, Golden Temple announces that it has completed a private placement of two million units at $0.05 per unit and the Canadian Venture Exchange has accepted this placement for filing.
